Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 2–6 Business Days
  • Worldwide: 14–21 Business Days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 Illumina Home is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

Please note that Illumina Home is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
